She believes meaningful growth begins with a strong therapeutic connection and works collaboratively with clients to help them identify strengths, navigate challenges, and explore the stories they tell themselves about their lives. Meggan strives to create an empathetic, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes aligned with their values and goals.
Outside of work, Meggan enjoys making fermented foods such as sourdough, kefir, and sauerkraut, reading horror and science fiction novels, writing books and short stories, playing Magic: The Gathering, listening to music, spending time with family, and enjoying the outdoors.
