
Eau Claire, Telehealth, School-Based Services
Nathan’s special interests include working with children (ages 3 and up), adolescents, young adults, and families. He provides support for concerns such as play therapy needs, trauma treatment, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, impulse control, and emotional regulation. Nathan is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in child and adolescent counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.
Offering services out of our Eau Claire office, via telehealth, and through school-based services, Nathan has experience working across day treatment, outpatient, and school settings. His work is grounded in building strong therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, collaboration, and safety. Nathan takes a client-centered approach and actively involves clients in setting meaningful goals. He draws from play therapy, person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused CBT, adapting his approach to best meet each client’s unique needs.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, listening to music, collecting records, watching movies, and playing board games with friends.
