Nathan has experience with substance abuse counseling in residential treatment facilities in both groups and one on one, counseling with individuals with a variety of backgrounds, including men and women under DOC supervision, histories of trauma, and custody battles. Nathan uses a holistic approach with aspects from client-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused counseling. He also encourages self-care for reduction of triggers, stress, and increased general well-being.Nathan enjoys photography, hiking, snorkeling, running, camping, and traveling.
