- Hannah enjoys working with all ages, from pre-teens to older adults, assisting them in identity exploration, coping with anxiety and depression, navigating life transitions, building relationship skills, utilizing personal strengths in healing from trauma, and obtaining resources and education to foster resiliency and lasting personal change. Special areas of interest include adults, teens, adolescents (6 years old & up), solution-focused approach, cognitive behavioral techniques, trauma-informed approach, mind and body connection, intimacy and sex education, interpersonal skills, distress tolerance, rural mental health access, depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-care, therapeutic recreation, and overall wellness.

- Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Superior
- Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation and Psychology from UW–La Crosse, and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
Hannah has a diverse educational and therapeutic background and is passionate about helping clients navigate life changes in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. She values the importance of utilizing one’s own strengths and resources as tools to improve emotional, social, and physical well-being. Her approach is interpersonal and holistic, empowering individuals to feel centered and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, riding horse, antique and thrift shopping, spending time outdoors, working on her hobby farm with her husband, caring for her many animals, listening to live music, and socializing with friends and family.
