Emily utilizes a collaborative and interpersonal approach when working with clients to make sure the individuals she works with feel empowered to create a therapy journey that works for them. She strives to build the therapeutic relationship in a way that can become a starting point for the clients to practice the change they want to bring into their lives outside of therapy. Emily works to create a space where every client can feel heard and cared for.

Emily enjoys spending time in nature, going on walks, drinking coffee, cooking and baking, and hanging out with her cats, Tucker and Rue.
