Brianna has extensive experience working as a counselor at a college counseling center, where she has provided both individual and group counseling for young adults facing a variety of life challenges. She believes therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach, rather an individual unique journey. Brianna adopts a collaborative approach that emphasizes the importance of a strong therapeutic bond and empathy, aiming to create a personalized path that best suits each person. While addressing current life concerns, she values exploring the past and understanding its impact on the present, which she considers crucial for healing and growth. Brianna often incorporates expressive interventions and provides educational insights to assist individuals in learning about and understanding themselves better.
Outside of her professional life, Brianna enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and discovering new places. She is an avid fan of the Packers and loves attending their
games. In her leisure time, Brianna delights in reading, engaging in creative arts, spending time with friends and family, and cherishing moments with her cats, Jasper, Jasmine, and Felicia.
