Abbey has experience in a variety of settings: inpatient detox, day treatment, intensive outpatient, extended care, and outpatient. Abbey’s therapeutic approach is solution focused and strength based. She utilizes the stages of change to meet the individual where they are at. She uses motivational interviewing techniques to assist in change talk, awareness, and personal growth. She assists in the development of emotional regulation and mindfulness skills to promote holistic healing.
Abbey enjoys time outdoors, any and every activity with her children, laughter, exercise, and animals.
