Kayla’s approach is integrative and eclectic to honor and personalize the needs and goals of each individual. She has experience in utilizing Mindfulness-Based, Acceptance and Commitment tools while utilizing the tenets of an Existential approach honoring every individual’s journey in creating a meaningful and purposeful life. Kayla also likes to engage in nature therapy, mind-body techniques, expressive arts, narrative therapy, and play therapy. She finds deep joy in helping others help themselves and improve their lives.
Kayla enjoys working towards making every day special with music, being outside as much as possible in every season, reading, meditation, cooking, playing video games, and time with her family.
