Matt has experience providing individual, group, family, and couples therapy. He has worked in both an outpatient and a day treatment setting. Matthew’s primary approaches include Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. As a clinician, Matt believes that therapy should be person-centered and collaborative in order to meet the specific needs of each individual. Matthew strives to be a compassionate provider who is always willing to listen and help clients work through difficult life events.
In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, going on walks or being outdoors, completing projects around the house, and almost anything sports related.
