Melody’s approach is holistic in emphasizing the importance of self-care for overall well-being. She is strength-based and provides self-empowering skills to promote recovery and reduce relapse. Melody has worked in the mental health field since 2016.

Melody enjoys kayaking on the river, traveling the United States, and watching the Bucks, Packers, or Badgers. Melody has been married for 33 years, raised three children, and enjoys visits with her two grandkids.
