​Mandi’s work began in the field of chemical dependency in 1977 working in an in-patient setting in St. Croix Falls and then at Hazelden. Her work since that time evolved into a variety of therapy modalities including work in therapeutic foster care programs, in-patient settings, residential programs, in-home therapy and outpatient therapy. Mandi uses a systems approach in working with individuals, couples, families, and organizations.
